The Goldsee Trail is legendary among mountain bikers and is a classic, which must not be left out of your log book. This ancient and in parts, really exposed track links Val Venosta with Bormio and is also very popular with hikers. For this reason, from 10 am to 4 pm bikers must give way to hikers and should therefore be at the Dreisprachen Hut by 8.30 am at the latest, in order to reach the Furkelhütte early enough. The route starts on the Stelvio. From there it goes up to Piz da las Trais Linguas and on to Goldsee Trail. Caution is always needed: In certain places there is a risk of falling! After making the obligatory stop at Furkel Hut there are various possibilities for continuing your ride. One of these is the Val di Casies Trail to Glorenza.
