A challenging circuit - the Malga Marzoner/Marzoner Alm

The Marzoner Alm and Castelbello tour is one of the classic tours in the Merano region. It begins in Naturno and leads along the cycle track to Castelbello. There it rises steeply up on a mountain road and then becomes a forest road heading for the Marzoner Alm. This is where the Bike Highline Meran(o) route heads for Montefontana and the Malga Tablà alpine meadow. On the way there first cycle along the Lupo Trail and then along the Fontana Trail until you reach Ciardes in the valley. Return to Naturno along the Val Venosta Cycle Trail.
