Panoramic Tour Hafling

We start from Halfing and ride through the gorge to the gas station. There a rapid descent awaits us via the asphalt road in the direction of Merano. Immediately after the 3rd tunnel we change underground: a challenging forest trail (marking no. 2) leads us downhill. The further we go towards Merano, the more fantastic the panoramic view of the Merano valley basin becomes, which we can enjoy to the full. At the entrance to Merano we take the road back towards Hafling until we reach the valley station of the cable car.
Now we take the cable car to the hiking and recreation area Merano 2000 (Tip: Until 09.00 a.m. the transport of the bike is FREE! Later you will be charged 13,00 Euro per person incl. bike). Passing the Waidmannalm (recommended stop) and the Meraner Hütte we reach the well-known European long-distance hiking trail "E 5". We follow this trail and enjoy the fascinating 360° panoramic view. After the Auener Jöchl, the next highlight of the tour awaits us: the forest trail down to the Möltner Kaser is one of the most beautiful single trails in the Meraner Land.
Shortly after the Möltner Kaser we turn right (marked K) and crown our tour with a challenging forest trail that leads us to Krössbrunn. Past the Leadner Alm we return home to our vacation paradise, where we use the wellness area to relax and regenerate.
