Aldino Gorge/Aldeiner Klamm

The long, but very varied tour to the Regglberg is recommended only for fit mountain bikers with stamina. The route down the mountain uses secluded trails into the South Tyrolean lowlands. However, for the time being the steep climb from Pineta di Laives along quiet asphalt roads to the Schneiderwiese must be conquered. From Monte Pozza along a short, undulating trail to the Wölflhof and on to Nova Ponente. All along the route, you have fantastic views of the Latemar and Catinaccio group. It is now worthwhile mastering the last climb to Madonna di Pietralba and then the pleasure begins. The route goes down the mountain across the forest floor to Aldino, and then follows the River Aldino through a deep ravine up stony, partly blocked trails to Bronzolo. From here, we ride through the orchards back to the departure point in Pineta di Laives.
