The MTB tour from Collepietra to San Valentino in Campo and the Observatory offers mountain bikers fantastic views into the Val d’Ega, towards Latemar and up to the Corno Nero and the Corno Bianco. The route there leads first of all to the Kaserer Bild Chapel and on towards San Valentino in Campo. At the Vajolet guest house turn right to the Untereggerhof, where the only observatory in South Tyrol is located. An ideal spot to take photos with the giants of the Dolomites rising up in the background. The return trail to Collepietra first leads towards Cornedo all'Isarco and onto trails, which are challenging in parts (with a 200 m stretch, over which you need to push your bike) and then back to the starting point.
