Brennero/Brenner – Bolzano/Bozen cycle track
The Brennero cycle route through Valle Isarco/Eisacktal
E-Bike & Pleasure Cycling
The Brenner cycle route is also known as the Eisacktal or Valle Isarco Cycle Route and runs north-south through picturesque landscapes, villages and towns. The cycle track begins on the Brennero and leads up the former railway track to Vipiteno. From there sign-posted tracks lead to Fortezza and past Lake Varna to the diocesan town of Bressanone. After a visit to the Old Town the tour continues for 42 km through Albes, Chiusa, Ponte Gardena, Campodazzo and Prato all'Isarco to Bolzano. Attempting the 96 km of the Brennero cycle route in a single day is a very ambitious undertaking. Therefore, we recommend that you conquer the Valle Isarco cycle route in 2 stages.
